Party Policies
Thank you for choosing Nevaeh for your
group event. Scheduling is based on availability. We recommend
at least 2 weeks notice if possible. Please review our menu
and choose your services in advance. If you don’t have a
copy, you can refer to our website at www.nevaeh.com.
For
Exclusive Bookings we can accommodate as many as 25-30 people.
For Non-Exclusive Group Bookings, we can accommodate as many
as 8-10 people, depending on services desired. As you might
imagine, group bookings require a significant amount of advance
preparation in order for your event to run smoothly. This
includes the adjustment of schedules of multiple staff and
other customers to ensure that your group receives their
services together.
Exclusive Group Bookings
For parties of
15 or more, where you wish to have a relaxed and interactive
environment, we will close the door to the general public
and cater to your group exclusively. There is a $200.00 charge
for the private use of our facility, not including the cost
of services rendered. Once the services are finished, you
are invited to stay and continue enjoying our facility privately
for cake, drinks, private shopping, etc. Special arrangements
can be made for catered food and accessory items. Nevaeh
gift bags can also be arranged with advance notice (let us
know your price range and we will custom design a gift bag
for your event!). Please note that all fees are subject to
applicable taxes.
Liquor Service
Nevaeh is not licensed for
regular liquor service. Should you wish to have liquor served
at your Exclusive Event, we invite you to bring your own.
Nevaeh can not provide nor serve alcohol.
Non-Exclusive Group
Bookings
For groups of 4 or more, where our doors remain
open to the public as well, we cannot accommodate food or
alcoholic beverages. Your group is welcome to shop in our
boutique after services are rendered.
Payment / Cancellation
/ Rescheduling
All Exclusive Events will require an initial
deposit of $100.00 at the time of booking. The initial deposit
is 100% refundable if the Exclusive Event is cancelled no
less than 7 days in advance of the scheduled party date.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance will forfeit the
deposit of $100.00. All bookings (for Exclusive Events and
Non-Exclusive Group Bookings) will require a credit card
to be held on file in order to secure the individual appointments
booked. Regardless of Exclusive or Non-Exclusive bookings,
cancellation of any individual appointment with more than
48 hours notice will not incur any charges whereas cancellation
with 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the service(s)
and less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% charge of
the service(s) cancelled on the credit card that is on file.
There are no exceptions.
Guest Changes
We will do our utmost
to accommodate any additional guests or services for your
event. Any changes to services that result in a decrease
in price from the original booking, with less than 48 hours
notice, will result in a full charge of the original service
booked.
Arrival Time
We ask that all groups arrive approximately
10 minutes before their scheduled service. Late arrivals
may result in an adjustment of your services.
Gratuities
All Group Events are subject to an 18% gratuity charged in
addition to the standard service prices.
